Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Rules at eebet

1 Eligibility

To create an account and use any service provided by eebet, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by eebet or any associated platform.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of eebet or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

eebet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be refunded at eebet's discretion after completing an investigation.

2 Account Registration

Creating an account with eebet is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy

Each person may register and maintain only one eebet account. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, device, payment method, IP address, or other means — eebet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or pending withdrawals.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the eebet support team immediately. eebet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a player's failure to secure their login details.

KYC Verification

eebet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID. eebet may also request proof of payment method and proof of address.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the eebet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). eebet does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

eebet supports GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the cashier page.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to a verification review before processing. Once approved, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are processed within the same business day in most cases, subject to the receiving bank's clearing times.

Dormant Account Fees

If an account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, and the account balance is below ₱500, eebet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

Promotional Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account. eebet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through eebet are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet selection and stake amount are correct before submitting. eebet does not accept responsibility for errors made by the player during the bet placement process.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incomplete data transmission that affects game outcomes, eebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings resulting from an obvious software error or a malfunction of any game will not be paid out.

Bet Limits

eebet sets minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per market. These are displayed clearly within the game interface. eebet reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment or player history without prior notice.

Payout Limits

6 Fair Play Policy

10 Account Termination

You may close your eebet account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds that haven't met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

eebet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification when required.
• Abusive behaviour directed at eebet staff or other players.
• Account inactivity for an extended period.

In cases of fraudulent activity, eebet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

11 Limitation of Liability

eebet provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

eebet shall not be liable for losses resulting from: internet outages or connectivity issues on your end, unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence, or failure to comply with these terms. Our total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your eebet account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

eebet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or operational practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a notification within the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the eebet platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty.
